Fremgangsmåte:
- I prøvepakken ligger det prøveglass og pinne. Åpne pakken. Væsken som ligger i bunnen av prøveglasset skal ikke helles ut.
- Prøvepinnen skal føres minst 4-5 cm opp i skjeden og la den være der i ca. 20 sekunder mens du roterer pinnen rundt. Trekk så pinnen ut.
- Pinnen skal så i prøveglasset og knekkes av ved den sorte streken. Sørg for at væsken holder seg i prøveglasset.
- Skru korken GODT igjen, og legg prøveglasset i lukket konvolutt i postkassen sammen med skjemaet du har fylt ut.

VAGINAL TEST
How to test yourself:
- The sample package contains a sample glass and a stick. Open the package. The liquid at the bottom of the test tube must not be poured out.
- The stick should be inserted at least 4-5 cm into the vagina and left there for approx. 20 seconds while rotating the stick around. Then pull the stick out.
- Place the stick in the test tube and break it off at the black line. Make sure the liquid stays in the test tube.
- Make sure you screw the cap back on, and place the sample in a closed envelope in the letterbox together with the form you have filled in.
