Fremgangsmåte:
- Du må ikke ha tisset den siste timen.
- I prøvepakken ligger det prøveglass og pipette. Åpne pakken. Væsken som ligger i bunnen av prøveglasset skal ikke helles ut.
- Bruk en kopp til urinprøve – fyll ca. 20-30 ml med den første urinen som kommer. Resten av urinen kan du la gå i toalettet.
- Bruk pipetten til å fylle urinen fra koppen til prøveglasset. Fyll opp til du har urin innenfor «vinduet» på glasset.
- Kast plastkoppen i søpla. Skru korken godt igjen på prøveglasset, og legg det i lukket konvolutt i postkassen sammen med skjemaet du har fylt ut.

URINE TEST – Can be used by boys and girls
How to test yourself:
- You must not have peed in the last hour.
- The sample package contains a sample glass and a pipette. Open the package. The liquid at the bottom of the test tube must not be poured out.
- Use a cup for a urine sample – fill approx.. 20-30 ml with the first urine that comes. You can leave the rest of the urine in the toilet.
- Use the pipette to fill the urine from the cup into the test tube. Fill up until you have urine within the “window” on the glass.
- Throw the plastic cup in the bin. Screw the cork tightly back on the sample glass, and place it in a sealed envelope in the letterbox together with the form you have filled in.
